- I take the screenshots, Claude files them
- October 1, 2026
I had just added a bunch of documentation to Whittle Sift and the docs needed night/day screenshots. This workflow had Claude working alongside me in parallel, adding the screenshots to the documentation in real time as I captured them.
- How I manage parallel session resources
- September 26, 2026
I spend nearly as much time optimizing my workflows as I do building products, and running multiple sessions in parallel has created many challenges. Here are a few of the problems I’ve run into and how I’ve solved them.
- Whittle Sift has a new design!
- September 16, 2026
Whittle Sift has been migrated to version 2 of Bootstrop, Whittle Labs' component library, gaining support for light and dark mode, improved accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. It is the last product to migrate into one consistent design system across the ecosystem.
- How I leverage time to build Whittle Labs in the tiny moments
- September 3, 2026
I wanted to continuously build capacity, but where does one find the time while working a full-time job and raising two kids? You take advantage of all the micro-moments when you're waiting on something. And there's a lot more of those than you think. Here's how I did it.
- The Drift Test
- August 30, 2026
I'm not sure what's worse, longarm drift or agent drift. But I'm pretty glad we have a test for it.
- Failure Model Maintenance
- August 22, 2026
Thoughts on a particular AI competency that appears to be becoming AI's competency.
- Managing Drift with a Procedurally Generated Color Palette
- August 20, 2026
In my never-ending quest to prevent AI agent drift, I came up with a plan to procedurally generate my entire color palette from a single color seed (and a few extra dials), and then wrote a check to ban the use of color literals anywhere else in the codebase. And it's kind of magical.
- AI;DR
- August 18, 2026
I'm breaking my own rule, but I think this could work.
- Governance is all you need
- August 11, 2026
If you want to move faster than lightning with AI on a large ecosystem, you need a tight feedback loop and drift control.
- Getting Started Is the Hard Part
- August 2, 2026
Two years between registering the LLC and knowing what it would sell. The first note from the Bench, on finally starting.
